MossBack

Joining the array of brands under the Mythron Trading roof, MossBack is a custom range of affordable freshwater lures and lure components. This range required branding to not only unify the products, but also to set them apart from competitors – while making it clear to customers what the brand is (freshwater lures designed for bass fishing). For this concept, we went with connotations of American lake fishing: mossy logs and nature, but with an underlying sense of fantasy and possibility. The latter is communicated through the use of a Celtic fantasy font, which is juxtaposed against the mossy, natural feel evoked by the moss. My work under this brand has included the development of the logo, product photography, large format branding, content writing, and copy editing. I have also designed miscellaneous adverts and other graphical elements under MossBack.
